Testing in a week, looking for advice
Just looking for some advice from expertise greater than my own!
I've got a drug test coming up, for argument's sake, in a week. I've been a regular (see: several times a day, every day) since about October '10 up until mid-May '12. I laid off for some international vacation (that involved a great deal more physical activity than I'm used to) until the first of this month (because really, I'm not gonna fuck around with international law and customs). After that, I smoked at just under my previous pace for about two weeks. Since then, I've been drinking plenty of water and I've just begun exercising every day (treadmill for about 20 minutes with a sweatshirt on). I am...
- 135 lbs.
- 5'7"
- In possession of a fairly ridiculous metabolism
So to recap, regular smoker for two years, stopped for two weeks, regular for another two weeks, and clean for the past two weeks with water and exercise.
Will this clear me up for this drug test in a week? It's not federal testing, just big box retail. Thanks a ton for any feedback!

Nobody can realistically and accurately answer that question for you. Each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into consideration. Only periodic testing with a THC test kit (using the first urination of the day for each time) can give you that answer.
Drinking water is only helpful on the day of the U/A. Drinking water in the days or weeks before the U/A is of no help. To find out why, read post #3 of this thread:

Testing in a week, looking for advice
That's really most of what I was looking for, so long as I'm following the correct procedure to clean up, water aside. Otherwise I'd be contented with little more than an educated guess, it's nothing particularly serious. If it helps any, my body fat percentage is about 17%.

Again, each persons body is different. Theres just too many variables to take into consideration to even arrive at an 'educated guess'. Around here, theres zero faith in crystal balls and guesswork. Thats because the subject of drug testing is taken seriously here due to the fact that there are individuals with careers, families, and freedoms that depend on the outcome of a drug test.
