NM, just got the approval into the NMCP

first of I am stoked to be legal and to have some relief...have a few questions
Just mailed off my application to DOH and was wondering what kind of time line i was looking at before i receive my card in the mail. have heard it takes up to 5 weeks and was wondering if this was the normal...didnt send in my PPA application yet, will try and get to that tomorrow...also, I am on probation and have heard that its totally up to the PO whether they will honor your med cannibas card...that just doesnt seem right...they arent judges and i thought that they r supposed to uphold state laws and not just rule on a whim with the iron fists they think they get to use whenever the get to put that badge on...Please if anyone here in NM or anywhere else has any input on this it would be greatly appreciated.
