HELP! I need Topical Application Method!

So I had a tiny benign tumor on my skin removed by a doctor about 2 years ago. I now know cutting it out is just stupid and I've just noticed it grew back. I want to try a cannabis topical ala Rick Simpson but I can't perform the complex extraction on his video.

Can't I just use some olive oil extraction and apply it? I would think it's best just to leave the bud in the oil to extract for a few days, or is it better to cook it? How should I apply it daily? How long should I apply it for to see any results?

I am not a doctor, but I do know that you can't get the potency extracting with vegetable oils, that Rick Simpson is using.

yeah, the thing kind a grew. I also tried with baking soda but it didnt work. I'm getting some iodine, I'm sure it will take care of it. Thanks anyway! :)
