leaves turning yellow and black spots. help

Hello my plants are about 8weeks old and iv got them on 18/6. Iv gave them neauts the last 4day before it was just water. Here's a few pics. I have a 125w clf lamp. Some1 has said it might b time to put them in bigger pots but I just wanted to check on here incase moving them at this stage would make them worse with stress .
