AACT first batch.. Compost and air pump questions

I have recently delved into organic growing within the past year. Have been growing otherwise for maybe 5 or so years, I know I'm still a newb to most of you, though it does feel like forever now. But I have a few questions, or rather assumptions, regarding AACT that I couldn't seem to find the answers to.

1. This might sound reallllyy dumb, but if you do not have EWC, or some type of quality compost on hand to use, then there really are no positive effects of still bubbling the humics, molasses, fish emulsion, kelp etc. other than to keep your water/mix oxygenated?? As without the compost or EWC there will be no "microherd" in the first place to feed and keep alive. (I do have a rather large bag of composted manure NPK .05, .05, .05 just don't know If this is quality enough or would even benefit anything)

2. This might be totally off, but it is my understanding that what you use for your supposed recipe would in turn be somehow directly related to the amounts of dissolved oxygen needed in your brewer. So I would also infer that as you add more food sources for the microbes, you would in turn need to add more air to ensure the tea stays aerobic and doesnt funk on ya. Correct or not so correct?? Reason I ask is I might need a better pump. But right now I only need to brew 2 gals at most not the 5 gal recipes you commonly see so I am running just a Tetra Whisper 60 gal pump from fish store with an 8 in air stone, which seems to be doing fine but it might not be, links here if it helps, Tetra Whisper 60 Aquarium Air Pump - AquaCave.com

Sorry for all the rambling just trying to wrap my head around being absolutely truly organic, which I know somehow I probably am not lol. I know it starts with the soil and I know I'm lacking in my mix as I'm still occasionally "on the bottle" and not just straight r/o which is the main reason I'm trying to inoculate my soil. Although anything in a bottle that I might use are all OMRI listed. So if anyone has a killer soil mix as well or an AACT recipe they want to share please do.. Exactlyyyy.. Lol.. I was hella blazed some nice Blackberry Kush.. I still can't exact understand it.. I think I do I was just kinda lookin for some validation from someone who knows what's up with this shizz..

Nobody on this site knows about compost tea and how and why it works?? There's like a thousand viewn n no posts back.. Don't get me wrong I know a lot of you are superb in what you do that's the exact reason I came to this site.. I dunno anybody wanna shed some light??
