First timer need help please!!

Hey guys, this is my first grow, and I'm not sure whats going on. I started the seeds in january, been outside ever since. Its a bit warmer in FL so I was told it wouldnt be a problem. all organic nutrients, moved her to a 5 gal bucket a month and a half ago, and she was doing real good till my dog ate the fan leaves. No joke. Now I have this skinny thing with buds, but I'm not sure if I should harvest and try and bring her back to veg or if I'm just being over eager and need to wait still. any ideas would help me alot. thanks in advance.
