Looking for advice to pass UA

I have been browsing the web for a couple of weeks in search of helpful, accurate information for "passing the test." I will have multiple pre-employment UA tests sometime within the next few weeks (still waiting on dates) and it seems that this site is the place to go for the expert opinion.
Up until about April 10 I was partook daily, often multiple times in a day. Since then I attempted to quit cold-turkey but ended up having a bowl or two every week since then. As I am sure all of you can relate, the social aspect of cannabis and its positive impact on my anxiety have made stopping a difficult task. I plan to completely abstain over the month of May. I am a 5'8" 177lb male who is relatively active (lifting weights with 30 minutes of cardio 3 to 4 times weekly). I have taken a daily combination of 200mg Vitamin B-3 (Niacinamide), 200mg Vitamin B-6 and a dropper of liquid Vitamin B-12 for many months now. I have also been taking Apple Cider Vinegar before meals to help cleanse my digestive tract, though I know this has little if any effect on the THC metabolites in my system.
Basically, I am wondering how long one might estimate it will take for the THC in my cells to lower below the detectable range and what advice one would give for loading if one of my tests happens within the next two to three weeks?

*Additional note: While I have been taking 100mg V-B3 for some time, I am very sensitive to it. I took 250mg a week ago not thinking it would be a big deal but the discomfort ended in my forced vomiting via syrup of ipecac to overcome the misery. I am thinking that taking 10 times the RDA of Vitamin B-2, which I have seen recommended for coloring urine, would possibly have a similar effect on my body and I have no desire for a repeat of that event.

Theres no accurate answer to that. Each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into consideration to even arrive at an estimate. Only periodic testing with a THC test kit (using the first void of the day for each time) can give you that answer.

Thank you for your response. I definitely realize that there is no way to tell but was hoping for some advice for detox and/or masking along the way. Which THC test kit that I could purchase at a convenience store would you say is most reliable/accurate? A friend told me the other day that he ceased for 9 days after being a daily smoker and passed one of those kits which makes me highly skeptical of their accuracy.

I have heard all sorts of rumors about sure-gel and some urinary tract infection medication that supposedly work for providing a false-negative but I don't buy into that either. No science or reliable sources that I know of to back up such claims which is why I am asking for help here.

Also, I am unsure whether rate of urination has much of an effect on detox but with the above-mentioned B-vitamins and additional B-complex taken with meals twice per day I tend to urinate A LOT.

There is no product that can rid the body of THC. The only proven way to "detox" the body of THC is time and fat-burning exercise.
However, if your home testing has been showing a positive, and the day of your scheduled U/A is closing in, then exercising can work against you. Exercise burns fat cells, which release the stored THCA back into the bloodstream. From there, the kidneys filter the THCA from the bloodstream and deposits them into the bladder for the eventual exit. The rate in which THCA is filtered by the kidneys is unaffected by urination frequency or copius water consumption.

For reasons stated, all exercise should be curtailed and the body revert to "storage mode" 3 days before the scheduled U/A to prevent a bunch of THCA from being released into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected.


Also, if your home tests show a positive, you only have two viable options:

Dilution - Read up the steps outlined on N2's Dilution "sticky" thread (disregarding the "aspirin step" )

Substitution - With either a clean persons sample or synthetic. For heating and stashing tips, read up on N2's Substitution "sticky" thread.

Furthermore, those products that are advertised to "mask THC" are all scams to seperate the uninformed and credulous from their hard-earned cash. All of these products involve water consumption, therefore, these products "mask" by diluting. You can accomplish the same thing for $$$ less by following the Dilution sticky.

I appreciate all the advice. I assumed those "thc maskers" to be a bunch of bull and a waste of money. Could any sort of weight loss pills or natural diuretics help with burning the fat cells that I have which have formed a solution with THC?
Sorry for all the questions, but at the same time, I want to know as much reliable information as I can because there are plenty of nit-wits out there whose amateur opinion could get me screwed.
