Seriously, I have tried to defend Obama and be on his side throughout all of the outlandish ish conservatives and racist have been spewing, but really, I've about had it. I really don't understand what he's doing, why would he try to alienate potheads? It's not like fascist anti-drug people are ever going to be in his camp. It just sucks, even the first black president is a dick when it comes to weed. He's actually on pace to beat Bush for sheer number of medical marijuana raids. I'm starting to give up hope. I think he's just a liar who wasn't even qualified to be a president of anything. I'm gonna vote against him unless the other guy is just too crazy.

Don't be bias.. If it weren't for Obama we wouldn't have the luxury of enforcing our own STATE laws, In other words votes on MMJ legalization would have been federally regulated, therefore leaving the states that had enough votes to oppose MMJ regulations screwed and still fighting to legalize it. Its the feds that are busting the ILLEGAL and ill ran co-ops. If the people running the co-ops would o bide by state laws, we wouldn't have these issues, but because there are always going to be id10T's in this world who think they can find loop holes in the system, we are going to have raids on retards.

If we end up with a Republican in house next year we are screwed! Have you ever know ANY Republican president to do what Obama has done for MMJ? ...NO! Its up to the Democrats and Libertarians to PUSH the legalization of Marijuana.

Here in CO we need 350,000 votes to legalize recreational use of MMJ. WE have over 800,000 signatures, but if we can't get Obama or another Pro MMJ Democratic President, well than, We can't use MMJ recreationally.

In other words do some more research before bashing THE ONLY president to allow states to enforce their own laws. Remember.. its the people and co-ops that cant follow state laws that ruin for honest people.

Still all it will take is one state governor or state attorney general who is willing to do the right thing and push the 10th Amendment. If its strictly a intrastate operation the feds have absolutely no authority. Its just trying to find a governor who has enough personal integrity to do the right thing. Good luck with that.lol

hello. very dick move...alienating the wrong people for the wrong reason. medical cannabis will cut pharmaceutical sales in a big way. welcome the cannabis industry and say goodbye to big pharmacy barons. the citizens are FED up with hundreds of manhours to jackboot bust some weeds. the citizens have the numbers in every community to validate medical need for cannabis, and for the will of the people to declare the law of prohibition is bad, and unenforceable on a state level: and the Federal government again fails to listen to the people. pushing the 'boot to the throat' image of Federal storm troopers -guns drawn- raiding legal establishments against the will of the local representative government is wrong. very dick indeed.

i think the current goverment has become too powerful they own the banks now they own the big car companies now they control everything now. and in the declaration this goverment was made by the people for the people and if that goverment ever becomes too powerful it our right to abolish it. is it not?
