Thoughts on my stratagem

Okay so I have a potential drug test coming up on the 16th. I am not by any means a regular smoker and up until last saturday had not been smoking. Started saturday, smoked about four times that day, four the next, three on tuesday, once on wednesday, once on thursday, and will smoke one last time in a few minutes. By the way these are smoked out of a socket waterfall bong. So the amount for each hit is probably .07 if even. I started running today and drinking a lot of water. I believe that if I keep running every day up until the 15th and keep my intake of water high that I will flush my body of all contaminates that could cause me to fail. The only reason I think this method will work so well is that I have not been a heavy smoker and only have a certain amount of metabolites, not a ridiculous amount. That and it should be just enough that I can burn all the fat off that does have thc stored in it. Thoughts? Holes in my logic?

Granted I bought a gram saturday and have smoked about 90% of it. I gave some away so i'd say all in all I smoked about .7-.8 of weed. Going to start jogging the full 3 miles tomorrow. I usually do 3 but could only manage 2/2 1/2 today. Fucking A I hope I pass this. Then again I may not even get a test but I always wanna be sure. I figure this last flow right now will be done processing in some form in at leats 3 days at most 9.

Yes there are quite a few holes in your logic.

Drinking a bunch of water in the days or weeks before a U/A is of no help. THC is not water soluble unlike other types of drugs. THC is fat soluble. Its stored in the fat cells and remain there until the fat cells are burned for energy. You cannot "wash" or "flush" THC from the fat cells by drinking copius amounts of water like you can wash dirt from a car. Does not work that way.

When fat cells burn, the THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys, and are deposited into the bladder for the eventual exit. The rate in which the THC metabolites are filtered from the bloodstream by the kidneys is unaffected by copius water consumption.

Drinking water is only helpful on the day of the U/A. Thats because the water consumption serves only to dilute the THC metabolite concentration that is present in the bladder. The idea is to dilute (thin out) the concentration to the point where the urine sample registers below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen (providing that the THC metabolite concentration is not too high). The dilution phenomena, however, is only temporary - once the fluids consumed had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine, and thus the donor would resume testing positive for THC.

Exercise is a good thing if you have weeks to prepare. But if your home tests show a positive, and the scheduled test is 3 days or less away, then all fat-burning activities should be curtailed until after the U/A. For those 3 days youd want to be as dormant as possible to avoid releasing a bunch of THCA back into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected.

Pick up a few THC test kits and test yourself periodically to see where you stand. When testing yourself for each time, be sure to use the first urination of the day. If you test positive, then you have 2 viable options:

A) Substitution - either with a clean persons urine sample or synthetic. Read up on the Substitution "sticky" thread for tips on pulling off a successful sub.

B) Dilution - 3 days before the U/A, begin creatine-loading in preparation and read up on the guidelines outlined in the Dilution "sticky" thread.

Well I was wondering about the dilution and how much it mattered. The test is done on the spot and nothing else is done, basically no lab tests nothing. Poured out and disposed of after. So I imagine as long as it's not completely white I can get away with it? Yes I have about 7-8 days to excercise. I know it doesn't flush anything out except for your bladder. Lower the THCA concentration.

That would depend on what type of instant test they are planning to perform. These days, urine samples dont have to be sent off to a lab to be tested for dilution. If the instant test is a multi-panel assay that features panels for creatinine and specific gravity, then youre likely going to screw yourself if youre not going to make any effort to keep the creatinine and S/G within acceptable ranges.

well. the chain of custody is never broken. so I am holding the thing most of the process until it is dumped out. it is a ten panel test and has nothing that indicates dilution. I had to read out every single drug and whether I was negative or not to the officer.
