Please Advise Drug Test Tomorrow.

I have read thru many posts in this forum on this subject and "think" I have the general idea of what to do. I just wanna see what others with more experiance think.

Smoking History

I have smoke pretty heavy for the past ten years. In the past six months I would say I am/was smoking 1 gram a day of "Good Buds" well good for what I can get in Iowa. I was informed on March 17 that I would be taking a drug test for new job and stopped smoking than. I have had one slip 8 days ago were I shared a bowl with a friend. I am a bigger person who does not exersise (probably from smoking a gram a day) 240lbs 5'11 stocky build.

What I have availble

Creatine Monohydrate 750mg. I started taking 5 pills 3 times a day 4 days ago.
Vit B12 1000mg. Started taking them yesturday 1 in the morning 1 at night.
Fiber Choice Cewable tabs each tab 2 grams Dietary Fiber 2 grams Soluble Fiber. Started taking them yesturday 2 tabs in the morning 2 tabs at night.
Perscription for high blood pressure Lisinopril 10/12.5mg direuatic I stopped taking them 4 days ago to allow me to put on water weight. My blood pressure off pills is 140/90
Thanks to a good friend I also have 2 bottles of XXTRA CLEAN 20 fl oz.
Several at home THC test kits. I have tested myself in the morning the past few days and I still come up dirty. I did one day drank about a gal of water and ran a few THC test and I can start to see the pass line come slightly visible.

This is my plan.

Today (day prior to test) I am gonna eat 5-6 meals high protein. No physical activity today. Increase the Creatine to 5 pills 4 times than tomorrow take 5 pills as soon as I get up and 5 pills approx 2 hrs before test. I am gonna tripple the B12 today 3 pills in the morning 3 pills tonight. Tomorrow I will crush them and take 3 pills when I get up and 3 more two hours before test. I am gonna chew 3 Fiber this morning and chew three more tonight. When I wake up tomorrow I will chew 3 more. Appprox 4 hrs before test I am gonna take my Lisinopril (I have found it takes about 2 hours before those pills make me urinate frequently. I plan on drinking 16oz of water an hour after I wake up tomorrow. Approx 4 hours before test I plan on drinking both bottles of the XXTRA CLEAN. I have 4 THC test kits left and will start testing after I urinate 5-6 times and save one for after my "test"

Am I doing this right? This is a very good job 6 figures with excellent benefits. Hence my bit of overkill.

By utilizing the forums Search button, with the terms "detox products scam dilution", you'll discover that all detox drinks are nothing but a big scam to capitalize on the so-called "war on drugs" by preying upon the uninformed and credulous and taking their hard-earned cash.

Youre on the right track though, by beginning your creatine-loading 4 days ago. However, any creatine-loading this close to test time is useless because it takes 2-3 days for the body to metabolize creatine into creatinine in order for it to be present in urine.

The proper vitamin for urine "color" is B2 (Riboflavin), not B12. But it must be understood that with creatinine and specific gravity checks becoming the norm in recent years, sample color had become the least aspect in determining an overly-diluted urine sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still be ruled "diluted" due to an unsatisfactory creatinine and S/G.

Dump those magic detox potions down the toilet (where they belong) and read up on the Dilution 'sticky' thread. The thread will also tell you what to use to help keep the S/G reading within check.

I have been taking the creatine for four days now. The reason for the xxtra clean (my friend gave me) is that he claims that it worked for him. He claims that he was smoking up two days prior to his test and he passed. I tried at that time to get him to inquire here as I was/is under the impression that they are just ripping you off. If I was given this not sure if it could harm if I took it as well as dilution.

If what your friend is saying is true, then he wouldve passed that same test that same day if he were to pour that detox potion down the drain and refilled the bottle with water, or any other fluid of his choosing.

ALL detox products "work" via the principle of dilution. Anytime you consume fluids (including the detox potions) you are diluting the THCA concentration that is present in the bladder. The product does not rid the body of THC, as the sales pitches would like the consumer to believe. They are a scam mainly because you can spend up to $200 on a magic elixir, and accomplish nothing different than what can be accomplished by using just water and vitamin B2.
Dilution techniques (whether its the potion, the N2 method, etc) are only temporary - once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine by the kidneys and thus, the donor would resume testing positive for THC.
