UA Test in <12 hours. Please Help?
Alright so I know this thread has probably been done a thousand times before but I'd really appreciate any help/advice I can get.
I'll start with the basics.
I've abstained from smoking marijuana for 20-21 days. I'm 6', 135lbs, (really skinny/lanky), and have a very high/fast metabolism. All of my friends are telling me I have nothing to worry about since I have next to no body fat and a fast metabolism, but I'm still incredibly anxious/nervous about it, mainly because my exercise is nonexistent. It's currently 6am, and so far today I've had one 16oz water bottle to drink, and urinated once. My pee was a very light yellow color. Last night I drank about 50oz of fluids (Water/Gatorade). I can take the UA any time today from 9am to 6pm. (Currently 6am)
I currently have:
-Plenty of Water
-Yellow Gatorade
-B12 Vitamins (2,500 mcg, not sure if its instant or extended release, bottle doesn't say)
-Excedrin Migrane (250mg Acetaminophen, 250mg Aspirin, 50mg Caffeine)
So far this is what I know:
*Drink plenty of fluids all day. (Can someone please specify how much/when to be drinking my fluids? I've got unlimited amounts of water/gatorade and can run to the store to get any other necessary items.)
*Take Excedrin 4 hours prior to the test. (What does the aspirin help with?)
*1.5 hours before the test, take a crushed b12. (Helps color diluted urine, yes?)
*Fill the cup midstream, not in the beginning or end of the flow.
I'd really appreciate any more advice/help I can get. Also I'd like if someone could please lay out an exact time frame prior to testing of how much/how often to be drinking what fluids.
Lastly, how close to white can your urine be? Is a very light yellow color acceptable? If it comes back as diluted/negative, I'll receive a few more days to further purge my body of THC, yes?
Help for a fellow toker would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if there's any more information I need to provide.

lil over excessive with the b12 info.... but dude chill all u gotta do is drink a shit ton of water only and sit in a sauna and sweat it out.. in no sauna arround next best step goto hot attic.. no hot attic go into shower room and leave it super hot and let it steam up in there till u sweat alot... the drink more water do it again.. i passed army drug screening for marijuana this way.. and the day before i smoke 2 gozilla sized blunts and reg size hydro blunt with 2 other ppl..

Oh yah color also at my drug test my pee was a cloudy hazy orange and i passed... so i believe color doesnt matter...

Sorry but the least effective way to rid the body of THCA is by sweating. You cannot just drink a bunch of water and sweat out THCA. It doesn't work like that, it's stored in your fat cells the vast majority is excreted via stool and the rest in the urine, only a very small percentage is released by sweating which makes sauna useless especially 12 hours before the test. Sweating makes you sweat, not release THCA from your fat and drip it out. Please educate yourself on how the body rids itself of THCA before telling people to go sit in a hot attic and drinking copious amounts of water. We stick to only facts here, not anecdotes. There is nothing this smoker can do other than to have tested themselves this morning with their first piss to see if they even needed to worry. But if still peeing dirty... iif they only have 12 hours, short of diluting and hoping for the best and a retest nothing is going to help.

Drinking a bunch of water in the days or weeks leading up to the U/A is of no help. THC is not water soluble. Its fat soluble. THC is stored in the fat cells and remain there until the fat cells are burned for energy and is not affected by copius water consumption. When fat cells are burned, the THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys, and deposited into the bladder. The rate in which the THC metabolites are filtered from the bloodstream by the kidneys is not affected by copius water consumption.
Drinking water (or other fluids for that matter) is only helpful on the day of the U/A. Thats because the fluid consumption only serves to dilute the THC metabolite concentration that is present in the bladder, to where the urine sample registers below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen (providing that the THC metabolite concentration is not too high). This dilution phenomena, however, is only temporary - once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, the bladder is replensihed with fresh THCA-laden urine by the kidneys, and thus the donor would resume testing positive for THC.
And contrary to popular urban folklore, saunas and sweating is hardly of any help because very little THCA is excreted via sweat. You can sweat enough to fill a 55 gallon drum, yet the amount of THCA being excreted thru the sweat would still be miniscule. The rest are being excreted via the urine and bowels.
BTW, NE..The proper vitamin to use for urine 'color' is B2 (Riboflavin), not B12. But you must understand that with creatinine and specific gravity checks having become the norm in recent years, sample color became the least aspect in determining an overdiluted sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still register unsatisfactory readings for creatinine and S/G and thus be ruled "too-dilute".
THC drug testing kits can be had at your local chain pharm store. They can also be found online (for pennies less) by doing a Google search for drug testing kits.
When testing yourself, be sure to use the first void of the day.
