Brown Weed leaves.

Hi all...

My plant's leaves turned yellow then brown, i researched for solutions and it was to add Perlite to the soil, so it cool down the soil without affecting the plant.
It actually worked, and my plant is getting healthy, steady and green, from the upper part of it. But i've noticed some of the leaves are completely dead. Does that affect the plant growth ?! is it okay if i cut off those leaves ?! Is there any quick and cheap cure ?!

I took some images from the 3rd of March, till 21 of March 2012, to see the changes, and there they are.

I would appreciate some help.

What kind of soil you use n

Pot head hippie has not posted since this post over a year ago. So I doubt you'll get an answer.

dang and i wanted to know what kind of soil too.. darnit :(
