question about tiny seeds

So i got some really good bud from a girl friend of mine.. For mounths i have been telling her that i would like it if she could find me some seeds from her shit because it's really really good and really quit pricey.. She said she could never find any seeds in her shit.. not 1.. but last night when i was rolling one i noitcied that there was a little clear seed with a black middle IT FOR SURE A SEED i found like 4.. they are about the size of a flea.. (really) i have never seed pot seeds so small..
so i guess my question is.. are they to small. will i be able to grow them and if so are my plants going to be they lime green and lights orange like the buds i get from her are?? and is there any special way i am going to have to try to grow this.. it being so fancy and all??? HELP.:hippy:

Hate to say it but you're definitely not gonna be able to grow those.. in fact the way you described them doesn't even sound close to what a cannabis seed looks like. Young they start out white, then turn a dull brown/gray color, and finally turn more brown with black zebra looking stripes covering them, try a google image search. They should also be much larger, I've seen many many seeds, many seeds that weren't meant to be grown so they're extremely immature, but I have never seen any seeds that you could even come close to calling clear, and definitely nothing as small as you're talking about. I am thinking you found something else.. not seeds, but I have no idea what else you could've found. Post some pictures if you can.

On another note, assuming those were actually good healthy mature seeds you found, there is still no guarantee that its going to be a plant that is very similar to the one that produced the bud you're loving. Its like humans and kids, the parents make up the kids genetics, and certain kids take different characteristic combinations from each individual parent plant, some of which could be from a previous generation even. Also they're commonly hermaphrodites, which is where the plant will actually grow both female and male parts, causing it to pollenate itself which is never fun. Don't be discouraged by me saying that though, plenty of people plant bagseed (random seeds found in a bag of weed) and have excellent success... and you're talking to one of them haha. One of my most successful strains is from bagseed, which was very surprising since I've had plenty of strains purchased with the guarantee of quality/accurate genetics that just simply weren't as good as my bagseed.

Your best bet would be to just buy/order some seeds, even if you just get some cheap ones. At least if you get them from a reputable seed bank you can be comfortable knowing that the seeds have stable genetics and were obviously kept and grown to be sold for a reason... they're gonna be decent enough regardless of the price. Once you get started then you can just keep a mother and clone so you never have to deal with seeds again if you want!

Depends how you define easy... it may be a lot of work, but its a lot of work that I know both you and I are going to thoroughly enjoy, which realllly makes the "work" easy to do. As far as complexity.. you can grow decent plants really simply, from there on its as complicated as you want it to be, literally... to infinity and beyonddd, which is where you'll be spending most of your time as you hang out on the couch, enjoying the fruits of your labor, and ponder the universe.... that is, as long as you keep progressing your cultivation skills.

Just make sure you enjoy whatever you're doing, and remember that any mistakes, damaged, or deceased plants should be an excellent learning experience at least in some round about way. So take it all in and don't try to search for answers too hard, plants are good at explaining their issues to good listeners...
