can you get arrested for 2 plants that are maybe one inch tall with their firts set of leaves???? can they do tests to detect that is pot??????

well... it depends on where you live... I think. But mostly Yes you will get arrested for pants and they do have test. --(Duh)

i mean these things are maybe 2 days old they look like tomato plants???? plants tthat small contain thc .... r u sure???????

you can't germinate seeds legally, so they are illegal.

well it dosent matter if they are small or large the police are assholes and think you are growing to sell....But if you get cought with them they will lock you up.

It doesn't matter if there is THC in it or not. The law doesn't differentiate between hemp (no/low-THC plants) and recreational marijuana. The act of germination is illegal. The plants are illegal.

I dont know what your laws are like where you live. But here Yes you can get arrested for having clones or any pot plants, even yours.

Where im from, If your growing for personal and you keep your mouth shut you'll be fine. But if your growing for commercial your in trouble, or if your growing for personal and your forcing to cops to come down on you (aka. big mouth,growing in public,basicaly being retarded) then they'll come after you because they have to.
If someone reports a grow op they cant really ignore it.

SO if your worried about getting busted, keep ur mouth shut, just grow it in someone else's house lol.
