Getting a medical card in Oregon, is it hard?

I have my medical card from CA and it was pretty easy to obtain a card in cali, I didn't have to show any medical records. How's in Oregon? Do I have to show a legit medical record and have to have the condition? and how much the card cost?

The best way to get a card is to be prepared before your visit oregon isnt cali. It would be good to have medical records from at least 2 doctor visits at least 90 days apart. Also do some research and go to a doctor that as a high recommendation rate and specializes in medical marijuana.
