Transplant Shock on Root Bound plants?

I just transplanted some plants that were somewhat root bound. I put into much larger pots using foxfarm ocean forest and a couple tablespoons of lime dolomite. at first the plants were wilted but they seem to be a little better.. Now the leaves are starting to yellow.. The soil is drying up i used only distilled water on the transplant.. maybe by these pictures someone can give me some advice.? is this transplant shock? any thing i should look for or do to help recovery? Ive never tried those but I cant see how they would be better than FFOF for a new grower. That stuff is worth its weight in gold to me. No nutes or anything during veg. Just phd water. Cant get much easier than that. And to me, the less a newer grower has to worry about, the better the chance of them having a good grow. Now for an experienced grower I can see how those choices would be good.

As for your plants, Do you ph the distilled water? I noticed that the ph of it will have a wide range for gal to gal. Usually i have seen around 5.5 (which is way to low for soil) and some are around 6.3 which is still a little low for soil. Not too sure as to why you put lime in FFOF? That stuff is perfect, the way it is, right out of the bag. It has plenty of ph buffers already in it. Just make sure your ingoing water is phd around 6.5 and youre off to the races.

I think they are being burned by the lime. I agree with pushit. FFOF is ideal for the new grower or anyone who wants to water and forget. It is very forgiving. As long as the pH is within range you are fine. The only time I see people running in to issues with FFOF is when they add nutes or other stuff - lime for example ;)
