looking for a driver for my UFO grow light

it is 100 watts and has 2 drivers one is it out
meterd the working one and it has 100 volts to the LEDs
The broken driver doesnt have a part number and was purchased on ebay.

Compared with led tube grow lights ,which i'd better to buy ?
