Are my rights being violated by the US government?

If it is my happyness and liberty to smoke weed, who is the government to say that I can't do it? And don't we all have a right to reform this, even though we are being denied over and over although the truths are so evident other countries are INSULTING america because of it?

And I could've sworn I saw somewhere that all plants put on Earth by God the government has no right to criminalize or ban, because it was here before we were or something....

if it's someones happiness to torture and kill people shoulld they be allowed by their govt? I understand where you're coming from but it wouldn't fly. I also recognize that smoking weed doesn't hurt anyone but yourself but i was just going by your logic.

yes i agree some laws are pretty stupid, but as hempilation said, "hapiness" is pretty relative (like everything), so u cant really rely on this. i guess if heroine would be your happiness would it be ok to let u do some anytime? anyway...
