Better than Hydro, Soil, or Bubble Buckets
I have tried it all and have found that a combination of soil with a bubble bucket type set up under with two small areas where the soil goes down into the solution to wick. I was wondering if anyone has seen such a set up or used this method. I found these containers on the web The Garden Patch they do not mention aeration but it is necessary and easy to add an air-stone. The growth rate is absolutely amazing, the soil helps balance the ph, there is no chance of over watering. The root mass is huge filling the dirt and reservoir. I put two plants per container they hold four gallons of water and about the same maybe more soil. Please, let me know if anyone has used this or something like this. If so, I cannot understand why it would not be the rage and everyone using this method. I have tested this beside every method and nothing even come close.

Better than Hydro, Soil, or Bubble Buckets
i was actually reading a post this morning about that what they did was 5 gallon buckets with net baskets planted in soil in net basket put net basket in top of bucket filled bottom with water and nutrients then setup a 2 line air pump one line went into the water in the bucket with an air stone the other line controlled the drip system they did this to each bucket so that each one would be seperate and movable and so water flow nutes ect.. could be adjusted to each plant looked absolutely awsome and sounded like a really good idea there overall plan however was actually for the roots to constinue to grow out of the bottom of the net basket and into the water now with the the air stone in the water u now have oxygen rich nutes being sucked up by the roots once they hit the water and then u have the drip system and foilage feeding as well i looked for the thread again and naturally have no idea were i saw it lol but it was either on here or grasscity.com or aha wait found it here ya go check this out http://boards.cannabis.com/grow-log/...-dwc-grow.html
