Beautiful dogs.
My brother breeds boxers. My nephew has a lovely boxer. Large brindle dog.
I think that pit-bulls have had a harsh time in the media. Statistically it is the golden Labrador that injures the most people through biting. In Europe.
I am a firm believer that the behaviour of a dog is a direct reflection of the control the owner has on it.
If your dog does not see you as the boss then it is the boss and you are in potential danger.
I'm sure you are doing a great job on those 2.
