Role of a Caregiver

Me again with another question.

So I've read the laws outlining the caregiver-patient relationship, but it wasn't that comprehensive in detailing what it should/does look like.

So here are a couple of questions I have in that regard:

1. Are there average prices among caregivers? Are caregiver prices similar to MMJ dispensary prices in Cali and CO?
2. Can a caregiver grow, if he/she is nice enough (with the suitable arrangement) a patient's plant quota for him/her?
3. If the above is true, how does it work? Does the patient pay for upkeep and commission?
4. Are caregivers also allowed to sell cannabis products (baked goods, etc.) if they so choose?

Those are some blanks I felt the bill left open for people to choose on their own. I was just curious if the above questions are, in fact, real things.

1) I have heard of prices ranging from $60 an ounce up to $425.

2) I can't even begin to understand this question. the entire bill is written in regards to this subject. 12 and 12 for patients and 12 and 12 for caregivers unless the caregiver is connector more patients than 24 and 12.

3) the arrangement that patients and caregivers choose is up to them.

"Supply Meds", is a very broad statement.
"Supply" means consistantly giving the sufficient amount of meds needed by the patient / client, to that patient, in return for reasonable & affordable compensation. Also, taking responsiblity for the patient / client's medicinal needs regarding the patient's medical marijuana availability, & not abruptly cutting off the patient's supply, unless flagrantly & inappropriately offended.
"Meds", means medicinal quality marijuana / marijuana products. This means no molds, pests, poisons, or undesireable chemicals, a high THC content, good looks, strong smell, good taste, smokes well. It means the marijuana buds are well trimmed of excess leaf, no seeds (or very few if any), no excess stem, & the marijuana is properly cured / dried, & isn't wet or soft from excess moisture. The specific strains of medical marijuana provided to the patient should be those best fit to accomodate the patients ailment(s). If the patents requires indica dominant meds, the caregiver should supply them with indica dominant meds. If a variety is needed, a variety should be provided.
A Caregiver is not simply a Weed Dealer, he /she is supposed to be a Medical Professional.

i provide my patients with the medicine for free as long as they dont go over 2 ounces a month
