this pic was taken on the m5 motorway near bridgewater,somerset,
it cud be a plant.like a terrorist gettaway or some thing like that.if there was a terrorist gettaway down devon/cornwall area.
the terrorist wud stand out a mile.
they all 3 foot tall down there.likie little midgets
cud use them as shark bait
