HELP Littlle white/yellow spots but I dont see any spiders?

I thought I would give this growing a try since it's now legal and I love to grow. This stuff is hard! I have killed too many plants. Help save the rest. I don't know what I'm doing but have invested too much to quit now. The yellow spotted plant I was given and don't know its age or strain. It only got about 12 inches tall in 5 months so I was told to put it in flowering. I have the 2 foot florescent (sunblaze) w 4 red and 4 blue bulbs 12/12. The temp is 70 degrees w 60 % humidity. I have sprayed them with "Captain Jack's" bug spray and have the little white flies. The big leaf with white spots doesn't seam to have any spiders. But what's going on?
