Not sure what you're asking or what you're looking for.. but yes it can be done. I'd probably stay away from auto flowering strains, I've never used them myself but from what I've read they can be a pain in the ass to deal with. I think the best thing to do would be to find some sort of indica to grow, something that can be kept small and bushy. LSTing would be a good idea, you basically bend the plant over about 90 degrees and it will change what the plant wants to do. It'll slow down growth at the top, and send out more new shoots to reach upwards to take its place. You could also use a screen and do a mini-scrog if you're familiar with that at all. That way you can completely fill all of your open space in there with a nice canopy and some good tops. I wouldn't expect to get much from it, but you can definitely get it done using CFLs. Just make sure you have good ventilation and what not.
I've always been sort of curious about people growing in PC cases and I actually have an old computer that I took out a couple weeks ago and have been wanting to test out flowering a little clone inside it or something just to see what you could potentially get from a PC case. With enough time and effort put into it who knows, maybe you could actually get a decent yield considering the space you have. If you plan to use it more than once and keep going it the grows you probably wanna get another area to veg/start your plants in so you can have a somewhat consistent harvest system.
Good luck and if you decide to do that you should log some pics of your progress as soon as you start and repost them here somewhere or send me a msg about it. I'd like to see how you do with it and answer any questions you might have as best as I can. Maybe you'll give me inspiration to test it out myself for fun.
