I planted "edgesternicus" in the middle of the pot and as you can see it sprouted near the edge, any ideas why?
The other plant is named "beefsternicus" because its buff and beef looking, really punzlif.
Will try and keep it updated and hopefully we wont get 2 males ;)

buff punsleph is the man, hes got teh redstem and teh big leaves...but edge is bothering me, hes a runt for sure, better be both chicks or ima be pissed. oscar gave us runt seeds. untrustworthy mexican...
oh yeah, the main hood is about 2.5-3 ft. off the tops of the plants, but i think they should be closer, no? also, we have four fluorescent lights around the base of the roughly 4.5 x 3 ft. shower stall. we got little white bugs running about the surface of the soil, too...i think they came with the fertilizer/top soil stuff.
also the temperature is pretty high in there, often around 85 - 90 fahrenheit. that kinda bothers me...and one last thing: everytime you water, should you do it until it drains freely from the pot to ensure complete coverage?
thanks fer the halp..

looks fine. but if i were you, i would center that plant at the left, the roots will have problems growin so close to the pot. what light u guys are usin? i would have planted more plants if u guys would put money on a 250w hps for example. anyway, good luck!

Yea the edge of the pot can get fairly hot and trust me, roots will bake in the hot soil.
If thats an HPS lamp, I would keep it where it is. The side flourescents are just a waster of electricity at this point so keep them off. Not needed until secondary growth starts.
When you water, yes, you want to see water from the drain holes...BUT...make sure its not water running between the pot and the soil. Have it drain, but water slowly to allow all the dirt to absorb the water...then when you see water from the bottom holes, then you will know it is fully watered.
You dont want to flush your plant every water, so just make sure you water, allow the water to be absorbed, water some more, allow absorption, water some more until it seeps out the sides then you have a well watered plant.
The heat requires you to exhaust vent out. You need to get the heat out of there.
What are your plans?

using a 400 watt mh at the moment and will switch to hps when flowering. we have 2 fans set up now, 1 large ocilating fan that blows air more around the hood, and a smaller fan blowing directly on the plants. so far 2 out 15 seeds germinated so thats why only 2 plants. will try transplanting edge to the middle soon.

Ok but remember, blowing Hot Air around the place isnt going to remove the heat.
Is this in an enclosed or open environment??
If closed, you need to take the heat out.

yeah its closed sometimes but i open it most of the day...i wish i could just turn it off whilst i sleep, but goldy aka tehpwn is pushing for 24/0 i want 18/6 that shit hurts my eyes at night. yeah ill kill the fluoros, too...and edge will move. ise it beneficial to ever water the actual plant or is that no good?

a few more things.go with the 18/6 dont do 24/0 for more then 2 weeks. You wull need to put them plants into a larger container i suggest 5 gallon bucket . This will allow the roots to dig deep for a stronger better yeidling plant.put it into 12/12/ when plant is half the size you want it to be when harvested. or around 6 weeks. also top at 4 node to give you couple main colas.somtimes i top at. 4 then top those at 4 and so on intill about a week before 12/12/... but everyone has there own way.
