My seedlings are locked up :( please pitch me some advice
Recently i received a few bonus seeds on an order. Before my setup was complete i decided to rush these to get a headstash of some sort during my grow process..
BIG MISTAKE
i did not have a flourecent light only HPS and MH bulbs so when the seedlings cracked i put them in a germination tent with a heating pad under it and used distelled water they came out of the medium (rapid root) very fast might i mention and within 2 days were touching the top of the germination tent. i kinda paniced and took them out to pot in a SOLO cup with an indoor organic potting mix and did not give them nutrients for about two weeks under a MH bulb..
noticing their growth being incredibly slow i realized the rooms humidity was about 16 percent and temperature under the bulb was reaching a high point of 95 degrees during the day sometimes ...only a floor fan at the moment.
I gave the plants a foxfarm nutrient regime for the next week and noticed only a little added growth and they are turning a light green/yellow color. i am on week three and they are still seedlings with only 2 small sets of leaves
Recently i decided before posting here to get a taller tent on the germination tray not because of the height of the plants but because of the solo cups they are in now. and put them back in the germination station to control humidity. when i repotted from rapid root cubes i put soil halfway up the elongated stems in an attempt to shorten them..
ive been able to increase humidity to the 70s and lower the temperature to the 80's so far but will not have a florescent for a few more days still a MH bulb. ive realized these things have been through some shock and are probably barely hanging on...i also know i rushed this and should have waited till proper setup.. but if the seedlings are locked up.. what is my best way to overcome my noob mistakes?

How long has it been since you boosted humidity and reduced heat? Also how long since you repotted them?
What did they have for roots when you repotted them?
Exactly how tall were they when you repotted them and buried half of the main stem?
I could probably tell you a little more if you posted some pictures of them but I'll do my best with what you gave me for info and should be pretty close. First of all by the sounds of it you transplanted them too early. They're fragile at that stage, they should at least have a solid set of normal leaves before you introduce any sort of possible disturbance to the roots. In addition to that... unless I'm wrong about this during the seedling stage... you should never bury the main stem above where it naturally came out of the soil. Doing that can and will cause your main stem to rot cutting off the entire vascular system. Now.. if there is any chance of saving them I'm not even sure if you should try to completely unbury it cuz it may not be able to stand up, or maybe unbury it and very gently help it stand up again.
Here are A couple other things that have worked well for me in the rivival of seedlings... My recent problems were caused by fungus gnats eating roots off of them at around the same stage as yours may have been. anyways..
I added some rooting hormones, (same thing I use to dip clones into so they start rooting), in the powder form and sprinkled it on top of the soil around the stem then used a spray bottle to slowly soak it into the soil at the base of the stem where the roots would start from.
I also added a short period of darkness instead of 24 hours of light. Started at 2 hours for a few days then to 4 hours of darkness. I use T8 Florescents and 6500k CFLs though instead of a MH for that.
More humidity would be good too, you can get a cheap humidifier for less than $20 at walmart. Also a very light mist on the leaves, so long as they're strong enough to stand up to that. And remember not to feed them any nutrients until they're a more mature. Not sure if you mean you were able to boost the humidity to 70% in the tent or just in the whole room. If you mean the tent you should definitely increase the whole room, high humidity until late in flowering is best. Lower it when you have some good buds so you don't run the risk of mold.
Let me know how it goes and if you're able to post some pictures that would be great. Oh and as far as humidity tents go, it is really cheap and easy to build one with a few 2x2's or something similar, some clear plastic or another material that holds moisture and doesn't block light, a stapler, some tape and screws.

the third picture seedling was actually broken during transplantation since then has healed the seedlings are 16 days old they look like they did when they were five days old i feel they went into shock from the whole transportation process (too early) and bad climate control.. believe it or not these pictures are better then how they looked 2 days ago (not as yellow).. but i dont believe its enough to say its helping .. before they were in the tent i gave them the foxfarm scheduled feeding every other watering only two times since the tent they have been getting misted every few hours with distilled water to control humidity and have moved light further away. i do not have any cloning solution but i do have kangeroot by foxfarm .. i have not used that for them and probably wont unless advised.

It would be tough to revive those, but I have done it with one of mine. It was in almost identical shape as those are and it was the only seed of a certain strain that I had so I tried everything I could think of and it worked. Its been a little over a month since then and its now 4ft tall and beginning to flower.
In the pics you have there... is that before or after you buried the stems? or did you unbury them for the pics or whats the status on those?

Missed your post before I posted mine so I didn't see that you've been feeding them. I am not familiar with fox farms but at this stage you should not be feeding them regular nutrients at all. And hopefully you're using soil that doesn't have controlled release nutes either. Being that you've been giving them nutes I would recommend trying to flush the soil out by running clean water through the soil and let it drain out the bottom of the cup.
The only thing you should be giving them right now should be to stimulate root growth.. and even that is simply my own personal opinion because it has worked for me. Someone else may tell you otherwise but I tend to believe in things that have shown me results first hand. Also I saw you said that you moved the light further away... How far away is it? Being that it is a MH light for seedlings I would recommend moving it as far away as you can. They don't like a whole lot of light when they're that small.
Good luck, and don't take it too hard if they don't work out... things like this happen, and if they didn't you would never learn from them. Ultimately things like this will help you learn more about the plants and why they respond to things the way they do, which will help you throughout all phases of growing in the future. Feel free to list off as many questions as you can think of and I will try to help you as much as I can.

First off, If you are growing in soil, dont feed your seedlings until they are 8-12" tall.
your plants are likely suffering from shock due to your making so many changes to their environment in such a short peroid of time.
It would be best to start over at this point based on your pics
