A couple questions about the Volcano.

Purchased a used one on CL.
Should the filling chamber bottom snap or something into the base of the Volcano? We are using Turkey bags, since they don't stand up like the normal bags, we turned around for a minute, and it tipped over on to the floor... Is it just suppose to sit on top? I have to wonder how much vapor escapes when it is close to full, also having to hold it for 2 minutes kinda sucks.

Speaking of 2 minutes to fill a large turkey bag, should you feel air coming from the Volcano? I don't feel much air flow coming out. I looked online, and it seems sometimes the air hose gets kinked, how would I know this could be the issue? Or is 2 minutes normal for a large turkey bag.
