Cant sleep, im scared...

Oh my gosh did I watch the scariest movie ever! Which was a bad idea because now I can't sleep. I'm super tired, untill I shut the lights off. Then I'm wide awake, ears ringing, waiting for the slightest noise; at which point ill hold my breath untill I find some excuse for it. Ugh, why do I do this to myself? Society likes being scared, I like being scared(well, fake scared, I like to know its coming), so I thaught it would be a rush. I was not in for this, not one bit. I don't think any amount of mmj is gonna fix this. I was terrified trying to go pee, the light switch for the hall is at the far end and it was dark...(don't laugh) there's a big space between the bottom of my bed and the floor, I was scared of what might be lurking down there, so u jumped as far as I could across the room and darted down the hall to yank up the light switch. It was intense. Is anybody awake too? What's the best way to chill out when your this kind of freaked out?

I do not watch scary movies! Turn the lights on and smoke as much as you can. . .and watch cartoons! I know it isn't funny, but it is not real! Movies are for entertainment! Don't think about it. It is just a pretend movie! Must have been pretty scary! Doubt you can find cartoons at this hour in that part of the country. If not, watch a good animal movie! Listen to the radio, like right now there is a show on called coast to coast am on. I listen to that some, they talk about ufos ,and aliens haha. Sometimes they have ghost stories that will make you more scared.
