I have quit smoking for the time being and have a lot of extra energy. It is messing up my sleep schedule. Any idea on what i can do with this extra burst of power.

what i do at night when i cant sleep is push-ups and situps...do something active that will make u tired quick excersizing helps me
but exercise a bit before you'll have to go to bed so that it doesn't get you all active feeling right before bed.
alcohol/benzos/opiates will do the trick.
