A quick question about Light Billing... I plan on using a setup method like this user used...

And as posted in another thread, I plan on planting White Rhino seeds in that setup. And the question is..

Using that light setup, Will there be some drastic change in a light bill or something around $20? Just wondering about it.

If you were to build one like that.You might raise your bill,15-20 bucks a month. Let us know how it turns out?

Those rubbermaid contraptions smack of fire hazard but that's just me. 156w is like running 1 floodlight. I don't think it will raise your bill much more than $5 / month. Consider that most TVs consume 450w and that cable box/DVR is a hog. It sucks down 350w - 450w 24/7. For all the power company knows you just added another receiver. Seriously. However, if you have a smart meter... shit those things scare the hell out of me. That is something to worry about.
