Best place to order seeds from in the USA?

I just finished up my first grow from bagseed, actually turned out real well. But I am looking to continue with some strains that come with some background rather than just mystery seeds. I live in a state that hasn't turned on to medical marijuana yet, but I would like to know where the best/safest place to order seeds from is in the USA? I don't have a whole lot of money to spend on them at the moment so cost efficiency would be great as well. If anyone has any ideas for me to keep me going I'd appreciate the feedback, thanks!

Thank you I appreciate it, I'm going to be doing a small grow under a couple 250w HPS indoors, any suggestions on strains? Size of the plant isn't really an issue I have as much space as I need, I would love to try out some sativas. Also I would prefer some strains with short life spans so I can continue to learn the full processes and try different things out at a faster pace.
