O2 and CO2 Question....

I am using 2 "large storage boxes" from Home Depot as my flowering rooms, hanging 12-100 watt equivalent CFL's over them (6 per box), Mylar lined on 5 side and using a home-made reflector (Mylar lined) for the top. So basically, I have a Mylar lined rectangular cube measuring 22" by 22" by 65" tall with 600 watts of 2700° kelvin in each. These work out to be 10406 cubic inches, per box.

I am using one pack of "standard" yeast, split between the two boxes with 2 tablespoons of sugar in each bowl, during the "lighted" hours to produce CO² for my girls. (One plant per box).

{Get the feeling this just might get to be a bit theoretical and technical? :wtf:}

Now, to start the "theory" part.

It is my quasi-educated (meaning: public school) understanding that the reason dinosaurs grew to their massive size was due to the amount of O² available to them and the vast amounts of extremely lush vegetation available for feed. And if I understand it right, the reason that the vegetation was so "lush" was due to the over abundance of O² in the atmosphere combined with the available CO².

Now this past week, Kroger put yeast on sale in their 10 for $10 deal, which means that for $10, I got 30 packs of yeast, or, one for each night for a month.:thumbsup:

Well, I have also obtained an O² concentrator capable of producing 5 Ltr/M of 45% O². Yes, I'm trying to grow dinosaurs.

What I'm trying, and I'm just starting this, is providing extra CO²(yeast produced) during the 12 hours of light, and concentrated O² during the 12 hours of darkness.

Has anyone ever tried this, or has anyone ever heard of someone trying this? If so, what were the results? I don't want to "waste" electricity producing the O² if I am not accomplishing anything. But I'm certainly willing to use it to grow a Tyrannosaurus or some such massive critter.

Attached are a couple of pictures of my prettiest girl taken at 14 Megapix. I cropped and zoomed and and re-sized them, but they're pretty clear. One was taken in Macro mode and clearly shows trichromes around a flower and the other the whole plant. I think I'm real close to harvest, but the 45X microscope I ordered hasn't gotten here yet.

Comments? Suggestions? Hate mail? Hell, I'm even open to arguments at this point, just to have something to do. This is my first attempt at gardening and I'm growing from bag seed.:smokin:
