Do i need to register with the state to grow?

I have a medical card, so can I just set up shop, or do I need to contact the state to do some sort of registry? Thanks.

Welcome to the Forum. YOu are already to a head start. First thing is to grow your own. I don't know Maine laws, but even if you do register.
