In other words, How do I recognize whether I'm experiencing "dissociation", "deporsonalization", "psychosis", "panic attack" or what?????

when ull got one ulll know it ;) i had one... one time in my entire life :D and the funny thing is that is not that bad :) sounds were very loud ... much more like noise then sounds... i was gettin blackout everytime i tried to stand up and go somewhere :D so i was "camping" on one spot... but thx god i had a friend with me :D and the thing that started the bad trip :D was well one guy was talking in gypsi language it was awfulll ugly language.... so that brought me a BT :D funny? :D
