ROOT COMING OUT DRAIN HOLE IN MY CLAY POT

I NOTICED YESTERDAY THAT MY PLANT HAS A ROOT COMING OUT THE DRAIN HOLE WHEN YOU PICK THE POT UP AND LOOK UNDERNEATH IT. IT LOOKS LIKE IT COULD BE THE MAIN ROOT OFF THE PLANT ITS NOT COMING OUT THE SIDES OR ANYTHING JUST COMING OUT THE HOLE!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO?? TRANSPLANT THEM BACK INTO THE 3 GALLON POTS I HAD THEM IN WHEN I FIRST STARTED GROWING THEM?
OR IS THIS OK FOR NOW AND THE ROOT WILL QUIT COMING OUT? IF SOMEONE CAN PLEASE WRITE ME ID APPRECIATE THE HELP!!!!:)

Take a deep breathe....the sky is not falling.... Ggoooooooosssssffffrrrraaaabbbbbaaaaaa....
It's nothing to be worried about.... Your plant is just looking for some more room.... You can either trim the roots that shoot out....or transplant.... Clay pots are not the ones you want to use for ya meds....so I'd say transplant.... But it's totally up to you.... Also kinda depends on what stage your plant is in....

How long was it in the clay pot?
(p.s. - roots like to stick to clay pots) (Don't use clay pots for seedlings...IMO)
(it turns transplanting into brain surgery)....

Try using the black plastic growers pots. Easy to transplant with, if you dont wanna flip it upside down to get the plant out then you can just cut the pot with a scissor no problem.
But i would stop using clay pots and transplant that bitch asap.

He just downsized because of seedling in a huge pot. He should let the plant recover from the transplant before performing another.
If you're soooo worried about it that you would disregard the sound advice already given in your other post...then do as you please...
