DISCRETION you idiots......

Going for a bike ride on Sunday down a very busy road connected to the freeway. Half mile down I see someone put black plastic around his fence and extended it about two feed above the fence line, looks pretty conspicuous to me and he did a weak job with the plastic so I could see right through a seem and he had plants in his back yard. Hundreds of high school kids walk right by his house every day.

That is a trainwreck waiting to happen......get some popcorn...and pull up a chair.

Just buy a storage shed and take off the roof!
