Light Mistake - Please HELP!!!!

Hi,


My plants are flowering for 5 weeks, yesterday i mistakenly flipped the timer switch from "TIMER" to "ON", and when i came back from work today i found out that light is on since 21:00 last night till 18:30 today.


needless to say i switched it off again...
what should i do now? leave it be to it's original light cycle 12/12 (in 3 hours from now) or should i give it 12 hours of dark?


will this event cause stress?

one time won't hurt anything...return to normal

Ahhhhh, timers NEVER forget unless YOU(we) don't set them right! No harm no foul, it won't kill them.

I would go dark for 12 hours.....
