Big Brother hassling LEGAL growers...Durango area !!!!

Once again there are reports coming in about big black helicopters circling legal gardens and taking pictures. In this economy I cant believe they have the funds to do this when the state is cutting everywhere.. does not seem right . This really sucks when you are doing EVERYTHING legal within the guidelines of the state of Colorado and we still get hassled. Makes our children wonder if what the state says we can do legally ,is rigt or wrong ... Very confusing to young children. How does everyone else feel about this ?

are you saying they are doing this at legal warehouse grows or outdoors, over patient gardens?

This is part of the problem, people just assume what they are doing is legal and they face no legal repercussions. According to my Dr. the "script" he gave me gives me no legal rights but a strong fighting chance if I am ever arrested and threatened with prosecution.

hassle? a heli? a knock and talk is hassling. a cruiser sitting in front of your house is hassling. A chopper over your garden is a slight bit more than being hassled.

How about a chopper over your garden with a cop on each landing rail filming the whole thing ? Is that any different ?

Helicopters are impossible to miss in the valley (it's only fifteen blocks wide) and I haven't seen any. Not even scary black ones.

They are also using small fixed wing aircraft and filming . Stay within plant counts !

Private land. In Archuleta County a friend of mine was buzzed twice. The hovered about 100' over his grow, which is next to his house, with the rotor wash hammering his garden and guys with cameras hanging out on the skids pointing and filming. It's just him, his wife and one patient. Also, a mounted patrol (horseback) rode through his property. His numbers were legal.
