The first two pics are hermies. Male and Female. I would get them out of the area as of yesterday. I always place a bag over mine before i move them so theres less chance of pollen spreading. The last three look female to me. Just keep an eye out for little clusters like on the first two pics. Do you mind if i copy one of the first two pics?

the problem i have now is they are in the same pot .
do i cut the herm from the base ? or do i have to split the roots and all

I would just put a bag over them and cut them at their base.

also i have noticed the plants fighting over food and the small female plant was dieing , so take a look at the pic of the bad fan leaves . im not sure what made the leaves go like this .

after cutting the herm from the same pot , the poor plant has gone into total distress . i think its dieing :( , im sure it has a
K deficiency . and have given epsom salts , half teaspoon in 1 ltr of water , hope this works ? or will help .
