you will change over to another system

Press 1 for English

enter your zip code when prompted

listen to the recorded message, then when they start offering choices PRESS 3.

Bingo! Live Person.

They even work on Saturday if you want to call them then.

This actually worked for me this morning. They were a bit annoyed, asking me what number I called. God forbid that a bureaucrat would have to actually talk to the people who pay his salary.
