pretty sure you have to be a resident
The purpose for my question, was something I read from a 2010 GOV opinion.
The online is here: http://www.doj.state.or.us/agoffice/.../op_2010_2.pdf
Basically, it contains this one information bit salient to my question and I am interested in:
... Concluding that: "(1) The OMMA contains no Oregon residency requirement for obtaining an Oregon registry identification card"
Is this how it still stands in 2011? :)
IF so, does any Oregon provider work with for out-of-state patients, and can hand-hold me through registration that is working?
I am not looking for some shady first time deal for who is not in know, but a reputable doctor that understands policy, and works within the laws for access pointed out here. :)
