i have getting annoyed with buying cfls. i found a hps bulb but i have no idea what kind of fixture to buy or do i pay the 80 or 90 bucks at lowes for fixture and bulb combo? i found out real fast that you dont tell them it will be used indoors. i got the funniest looks. lol
HPS bulbs require a matching HPS ballast, and special socket...same with MH (Metal Halide)
Buying an H.I.D. light package online/or grow shop is better.
A good package will include bulb, socket, ballast, reflector and cords. Most peeps prefer 120 volt. Some like 220.
Plug it in...start growing. HID rules...:thumbsup:
