Anyone take A LONG TIME to get clean?

I have a test coming soon, thought I'd be clean after 30 days. I tested myself on day 41 and failed! I sent it to the lab and my morning urine level was at 222, which anything over 15 is a fail. I am hoping to test clean soon, wondering if anyone has the same problem as myself? Also I am 40 year old female, not too active & smoked for 15 years multiple times a day. I also weigh 205 pounds at 5ft 5in. I'm wondering if anyone had their numbers from the lab & at what day of abstinence was that number? I just want to use my own urine without having any questions with my specimen. Please include body type if you reply.
