Documenting my first grow with pictures :)

Hey smokers and fellow growers :rasta:
Last monday i started my first ever grow by germinating my seeds. I wet a tissue and placed it into a little plastic bag.
This moring i checked the seeds and they had really sprouted :D

I baught the seeds from GREENHOUSE SEED CO.

i must say seeming this is the first time ever buying seeds and i was a little warey of buying from the internet but i must say it was a great service.. i had my seeds in 1 week since i perchest

I have converted my little bed side locker into a little grow box :P and have the potted seeds in there at the moment
it should take at least 2 weeks for them to grow enuf to have to move them out of there and into my 3x4x6 grow box ( that is still under construction atm :P )
The is one major draw back with my locker and that is i have the walls covered in tin foil :( (i know this is wrong) but when i have my babys out of there i will be striping the tin foil off the walls and painting it white.. it will be perfect for a clone room anyways for future growning

I was really thinking very hard about having a grow with CLS bulbs but after the amount of research i did i want to grow with HPS lights (i really want the plant to give me everything it got) .. My locker has 2 30w (150w) CLS bulbs in it and i think that is enuf lighting for the seeds to sprout and produce some leaves I THINK ?? .. but i do know that when its time for veg and flowering it will have to be the HPS lights.

Would any body know what wattage would be the best HPS bulb to get for my little grow room 3x4x6

being a noob what do i know anly what iv researched myself , it look great to me .and i like the idea of a the battery ,
from what i have read , 600w HPS is ideal for that size , i was gonna invest in a 400w 35yoyos in Nevarna in newbridge , but im sure u can get all of your stuff cheeper on the web .

thanks very much :) .. yah i was actually going to use that battery but i connected it with a nokia charger and its working perfect for me .. ya i have been looking at a grow tent and light and all growing stuff for 700 but i will have that for my second or 3rd harvest lol.. How is everything going for u ??



Today Ireland actually got good weather :P so i took full advantage of the sun and let my babys get some sun for them selfs lol

they look sweet kush , i thinking the same about the tent and light setup, imma wait untill next year and learn what i can now ,
if im gonna send any more euros it will be for a 125w purple CFL , but ill try to get through with what i have ,
it will be interesting to see how both our grows work out .came from work to find these looking at me :)

Hey thanks man :) ..Yah i am strongly thinking of getting one now. I have found a company on ebay that is doing very good grow kits for under 300 euro.. Lights (600w hps lighting), fans, tent, pots, extrater fan e.g ...Purple cfl where do u get them lol .. Love the set up u have btw and ur plants are looking great man..

Just a little update

Here are some of todays pictures of my babys :)
Yesterday when i was watering my babys i think i may have over watered on 1 of them but what harm i will leave the leaves get strong again and then water

All seems to be okay so far under 24/7 lighting and the are really coming along

in 2 or 3 days time now i must move to a bigger pot and get my hands on some perlite :)

its amazing watching them grow tho :D
almost a shame to smoke when they get bigger but i sapose that is there thanks for letting them grow :P

as i said be4 dont be affraid to share some advice

Heya all again

Just a little update seeming i havent been on in a while :P

Last monday week i transfored my plants into a bigger pot and added some perlite into the soil
all that went very well
I had some problems with the temputer in the box then last saturday . My babys were looking very limp and overwatered. I quickly relised to that it couldnt be overwwatering because i actually have been perfect with the watering and fertilizing so assumed it was the temputure
they are looking a small bit better since i added a new intake fan to the box and i am leaving the door slightly open :)
i hope i havent caused my babys 2 much stress as i dont want them to die :(

I can use a grow kit..... using my closet now but wish to go "Higher Tech". name of this place? Using white widow strain as my 1st grow. Btw since this is a fertilizer thread figured wtf, tell me what you think? I'm going into day 22 (from seed). I used a blended 33% mix of hummus, manure, perlite, & some added good chicken shit fertilizer. I only fertilized once into week 2. These are the ?girls? @ age 22 days from seed. What do you think H: 8cm W: 20cm. & the aroma is wicked nice.
