I'm all for it, however, why deliver this to the United Nations of all places? What the hell are they gonna do? SAY they don't like it! Whoopty Doo. The UN can't enforce their own laws anywhere in the world really and they are gonna step in in America?? Don't think so.

The UN might actually be a good place to start. Repeal or modify the 1961 Single Convention Treaty.
This would free 180 countries from old treaty laws.
