DAY 2 OF FLOWER - UNKNOWN STRAIN - CFL GROW
Hey, this is my 2nd grow and I'm using 2 45w cfl bulbs (1 red spectrum 1 blue) I changed the light cycle to 12/12 on monday night. There are already signs of pre flowers but I'm not sure if its too early to sex the plants. My previous grow was 'himilaya blue diesel' which is an autoflowerring strain so I have no experience with photoperiod plants. I have some pictures of the new growth coming through and would greatly appreciate if anyone with a little experience could take a look and see what they think. (I'm aware that both plants should not be in the same container but when I went to transplant the roots looked way too developed to seperate to two) I would have taken 1 of them out and binned it but didn't want to risk losing a healthy female and being left with a male. Will this cause problems later on in flowering? If needed I can remove 1 of the plants. Here are some pictures taken lastnight :smokin:

You could take clones of both and do away with those plants.

Why get rid of both of the plants? To me they look healthy, i'd rather not take clones and start over.

they look very healthy to me. I can't imagine doing away with both plants as they are perfectly fine. they look female to me, I would just look after them and make sure they get the 12/12 and enjoy the growing experience.

how large is the pot that they r in...they will both be fighting each other for nutes through the flowering process...and if you take clones then why do u need them...shit take fifty clones...u can clone a clone...if it is to save time, then you will suffer in the end product

It is partly to save time simply because they are in a friends house and his parents are getting on his case so starting from clone isn't really an option, how about removing 1 of the plants? We could have 1 male as of yet I'm not sure. The pot is roughly 15 inches square, would this be large enough to finish flowering just 1 of them. Also they have been in flower for 3 days now is it possible to take clones at this stage and put them back into veg? Thanks for your time and help, much appreciated
