passed a lab test. thanks for dilution tips

so I got my results and I passed my lab us test. the only thing that was low was creatine but the lab staff member told me she sees that all the time when it gets hot out.
so thanks to all for posting your tips and methods. it really helped me out. also for any who is going for a pre employment screen get a home test kit and try passing that. I passed it before the lab and I gave me some hope. and don't buy the drinks water gatorade and vitamins do work well.
