Attack of the Metobolites

will be clean for 34 days when I take mey test
3 detox's (3-4 days of limited diet, pills and lots of cranberry and water)
have no exercised in 2 weeks
have taken about 8-10 tests most first viod coming up negative (I am addicted to them)
still paranoid (should I be?)

question: am I in the clear? am I just riding off the last detox of liquids, will the metobolites just suddenly appear again or are they gone for good? I did the execising and saunas weeks ago, none of that anymore.

question: can I go with a slight dilute? meaning given my state as of now, what should I do as a precaution but now something that will blow my test because technically my pee should be able to stand on its own now, but I want to help a little, but not too much

I am really worked up over this, in my head I am thinking that this is just a cycle and they will reappear? please tell me I am fucken crazy, not really but is there any truth to this, when you are negative are you negative marching forward

That question has already been answered for you in your other thread.

If you have been consistently testing negative with the first void, then youre good to go. Youve tested negative when THCA concentrations would normally be at their highest, which is the "worst-case scenario".

Stop looking for problems when there arent any. Relax.
