How about using a 6' x 12' x 6' tall enclosed trailer for a grow room?

I am moving from Indiana to California next month and will have to rent. Assuming I do not move into a county without weird ordinances like Shasta county has, is there any reason an enclosed trailer couldn't be used for a small grow room? It would be nice for lots of obvious reasons when renting... It would be a bit cramped, but better than nothing and possibly a good backup in case I can't find a 420-friendly landlord.
