health q'... weird stuff

Hope this is a good place to ask, you guy's have always come across as knowledgeable so I thought I might post my questions here :)

quit smoking just recently.. cold turkey after consuming about an ounce and a half over a month or two.. and its nearing on a month now with no recourse..
My motive was some serious anxiety, depression, and panic attacks that would hit whenever and quite frequently.. mostly later in the evening, This along with the need to start working told me it was time to take a break.

anyway, Like I said its been nearly a month now.. and the panic/anxiety has certainly lessened quite a bit. but I get headaches every now and again.

that wouldn't usually cause worry I'm sure.. but I've had maybe 3 minor headaches in my entire life before now.. and now they're fairly common..

I'll sum up my ramblings :)

After about a month, after showers I feel sort of stoned, I get headaches and panicky sometimes at nights, and get stuck worrying about ailments or death or anything really.. and I have no real reasons to.. Is the small amount of thc saved up in my fat cells to blame? exercise does the trick too sometimes.. Or is it all mental? I'm hoping this all clears up in another month or so.. because it gets to be pretty bad sometimes.. scary too.

Personally... after a month I would see a Dr. Maybe you should take a look at it... could be the pot was covering up other symptoms you want to look at. Hey... it couldn't hurt.

yeah.. things are improving though.. its been another week or so and the headaches are gone, and the panic has vanished as well.. I'm fairly certain I'm too young for any crazy diseases or abnormalities up in my dome.. and my family has no direct history of anything beyond a few cases of chronic depression.

I've just never heard of marijuana doing this to anyone though, causing stress when it's supposed to relieve it.. my friends got headaches when they smoked.. mine showed up if I didn't.. Kept me awake while others fell asleep.. so on..

I spoke with a friend of mine who went through a period of heavy smoking and quit for a similiar reason. He became extremely introverted, and already having a problem dealing with social situations he fixated on them, making things more and more awkward, and loosing his head trying to figure out what was wrong with him. While I'm not the best public speaker :P my fear of medical things going wrong greatly outweighs the other, so when I became introverted that was what I fixated on. THis coupled with seasonal depression kicked my butt.. but now that I've had some time to think it over I think that smoking and having some time to return to a sober state would have much less of a negative effect, Smoking all the time I had no idea what to blame on the smoke and what to blame on some hidden terror in myself.. But, I've still got to hold off a bit and find some work!
